Here at French Bulldogs Philly we want to make getting a new companion as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. Please feel free to reach out to us directly regarding any questions you may have along the way. We will certainly keep you updated with any new information up until your Frenchie reaches it’s forever home! These terms of service are written to protect both French Bulldogs Philly and the buyer – However, it is primarily written to protect the best interest of our Frenchie puppies.

Please read our health guarantee before putting a non-refundable deposit on a puppy. By putting a deposit on a puppy, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth in this contract.
$500 Non-Refundable Deposit To Hold Frenchie Puppy
We require a $500 dollar deposit to hold the puppy of your choice. The deposit can only be in the form of credit card through French Bulldogs Philly, Venmo, Cash App or PayPal.
All Deposits Are Non-Refundable
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, please reach out directly to jholloway@frenchbulldogsphilly.com with any questions you may have prior to your purchase. In the event of unforeseen special circumstances only where it's no longer possible for a puppy delivery or pickup to be fulfilled by French Bulldogs Philly (deceased puppy/puppy illness) will a replacement puppy or refund be considered.
Buyer Is Responsible For Shipping Costs
While French Bulldogs Philly handles all coordination related to shipping, the buyer assumes responsibility for all shipping costs. Costs are largely dependent on location, however, costs can range between $500 - $750 nationally with no ticket fees required. In The Event Of An Unforeseen Special Circumstance
In the event of unforeseen special circumstances only where it's no longer possible for a puppy delivery or pickup to be fulfilled by French Bulldogs Philly (deceased puppy/puppy illness) will a replacement or refund be considered. If your puppy is struck with an illness after its pickup/delivery, the buyer must follow the terms & conditions set forth in our Health Guarantee to be considered for a puppy replacement or refund.
Full Payment Is Due Prior To PickUp/Shipment Date
Full payment will be due prior to your puppy's pickup or shipment date, you will have 2 days to pick them up or provide shipment details (unless prior arrangements have been made) or you will forfeit your deposit. We encourage consistent communication to mitigate any misunderstandings.
Health Guarantee
72-Hour Health Guarantee
If within 72 hours, a Licensed Vet finds your puppy to be unhealthy or unfit for sale, the puppy may be returned for a full refund or replacement – provided the puppy has not been injured or neglected. The veterinarian must provide a written statement deeming the puppy “unhealthy for purchase"
Does Not Cover Neglect
This guarantee does not cover health issues caused by neglect or injury from the buyer.
Does Not Cover Minor Health Impediments
This guarantee does not cover innocent heart murmurs of 1-3 level or conditions normal to the Frenchie breed such as but not limited to cherry eye, loose hips, skin allergies, skin yeasts, skin fungus, lactating patella, elongated soft palate, everted laryngeal saccules, stenotic nares, Brachycephalic syndrome, underbite, inverted tail, or inverted vulva or minor illnesses such as colds, allergies, internal or external parasites or umbilical hernias.
French Bulldogs Philly Cannot Assume Responsibility After 72-hours
We cannot assume responsibility for your puppy after 72 hours of the sale. It is the buyers responsibility to keep their puppy safe and from harms way. French Bulldogs Philly cannot guarantee the size of puppies & may only be able to provide estimations.
French Bulldogs Philly Assumes No Responsibility For Future Expenses
French Bulldogs Philly assumes no responsibility for any medical expenses assumed after the sale or any training expenses assumed after the sale.
60-Day Puppy Replacement Guarantee
Should a major health issue or fatality transpire within the warranty period then another puppy of equal market price of the same breed will be provided when available. Please note that the puppy must be returned & a written statement by a licensed veterinarian must be provided.

We are located in the heart of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania!
All of our Puppies are transported out of Philadelphia using a Pet Nanny! Once we have coordinated a date, our Pet Nanny will depart from Philadelphia, transporting your Furbaby in a dog carrier. Our Pet Nanny will arrive at the pre-designated location greeting you with your furbaby!
We ship all around the United States and Europe! Please do not worry about anything, shipping will be handled by us. We handle all the paperwork and any requirements necessary for the puppies to travel overseas. We can find the best solution for you after our initial discussions.
We register all our French Bulldog puppy litters under the AKC (American Kennel Club)
